Mirror unit loose on visor

My 84 300d has been in Las Vegas for the past 10 years, and the heat has caused the mirror units in the visors to come loose. What is the best adhesive to use to reinstall them?

Thanks!

same issue

I have the same issue with the mirror's plastic surround, separating from the vinyl visor.

Visors are a very common available part on EBAY and here in the parts section.

If the adhesive thing doesn't work out, just look for a replacement. If the adhesive thing works let us (me) know......

I've used a hotmelt glue gun with good results.

I would try the same 3M adhesive (8090) that we use to stick hood pads.
