Heres a quick tip for those of you who have broken those old and brittle vacuum lines and need a quick fix!

If you have a piece of 10 GA wire (hard plastic sheathed, not rubber as used in extenxion cords) strip how much you need and VOILA! A temporary and effective fix to a broken vacuum hose! Its just the right size to fit in the rubber boots and ridgid enough not to collapse upon itself in a vacuum!
