defrost blower repair help

I have a '83 300D with a non functioning defrost blower. The blower works with 12 volts applied to the plug terminals. The fuse in the under hood fuse box is good. I tried replacing the two relays behind the glove box and the push button control box from working parts on my spare 84 300D, still no power to the blower. Are there more fuses or relays to check?
