new primer pump ?
it comes with a brass washer and a sleeve/adaptor, sleeve has no flat edges..? is..
do i ream the sleeve into the part on the block then put the pump on or... ream it on holding the sides of the new pump, sleeve and pump togeather same time

When I replaced the primer pump on my '80 300SD, nothing had to be modified. It screwed right into where to old pump came out. P E H |

I replaced five, remove the old, screw in the new.

It has been a while now, but I believe the adapter/sleeve is not used. The pump will thread directly into the place where the old one came out.
