Wiper motor weirdness
You can tell I just bought this, huh?
My wipers cycle and stop mid-window. I reset the arms, and they tried to go down over the cowl. Could this be relay or some adjustment I can make in the motor/transmission? |

I think the slippage is from below, in one of the joints that extend from the wiper motor. It's pretty easy to access and once in there, the problem generally shows itself.

Or is this a "park" problem? |

seems to be anytime I turn them off. Driving or sitting. There is 0 play, very strong sweep.

This could be the relay.
Do your wipers automatically come on when you push the wash button, and stay on for 4 wipes after releasing it, finally returning to the park position? If no, possible missing or inop relay. Are you able to get the wipers to stop close to the normal park position by timing the point in the cycle when you switch them off? If yes, possible missing or inop relay.
