EPc problem

Hi everyone.I have a E220 yr 00.When i speed up and when i press on the small switch behind the accelerator,it shows me Epc problem.Can anyone help me as the car is slow and the only way to get some power is the small switch.PLZ

The car might be going into limp mode because of an injection problem or something else detected by the computer. Is this a 220 Cdi diesel you are talking about? Because....we don't have the option of driving those here.

Is the trans kick down switch failing to operate when the throttle is fully depressed and the check engine light is coming on?

If so, get the code read.
