Pull-a-Part rocks!
Where else can you find 4 nice 15 hole wheels, a pair of very nice sun visors, and a pair of MINT headlight doors for $80? Now on to Tire Rack to spend all the money I saved on some new rubber...

I found a place here in Houston that has saved me some money, it's sad to see the MBs in such condition, but it's happiness to see your wallet not as empty in the end.

A possible better way to deal with Tire Rack.
Quote:
How it works is you can let them buy the Tires from Tire Rack on THEIR OWN store account with Tire Rack (if they have one) -In some cases the Tire Rack Van comes to these local Tire Shops every 2-3 days, just like the Snap-On Tool Vans do). You just simply pay your Tire Shop on your credit card, and then the Tire Shop buys them from Tire Rack direct, and then Tire Rack drop ships the tires direct to the local Tire Shop, which then calls you when the Tires arrived there from Tire Rack I did a deal that way in October with some Wheels from Tire Rack. It worked great!!!

Didja ever notice.....
Here in Dallas most of the Benz line of cars are in the re-cycle yards not because of serious accidents, but prolly because of owner neglect. That or the price to keep the car on the road has exceeded the price of the vehicle. Regards

I just joined DeLorean - I saw your link on the other thread too. It looks like you're a PA guy too - have you seen many benz's sitting around? I saw you posted a link for Eichelbergers's in Spring Grove (southern York)....that's not too far from where I work, I'll check it out and review it after my registration goes thru.

It seems like there are no junkyards in Canada...or at least in my neck of the woods, that has MBs
![]() How I wish I could just drive by a PNP, see a couple of nice 123s and get stuff such as nice (un-torn, un-sagging) seat for like $9.90

Cool Mister B - it would be fun to go as a group and pull stuff together. Did you check out that junkyarding website? It's like a ton of yards are active around you and Chad - http://junkyarding.freeforums.org/north-east-us-f4.html Philly's not that far for me either - and we could probably hit a couple if we strike out at one. But hey, if people wanna travel to York and try - I'm not complaining ![]()
