Thats just what I like to see a non runner with a reserve. The paint indeed needs a little buffing. Wonder if the air conditioner just needs a charge? Pretty hot climate there for a no start even with some glow plugs out. Great parts car at worse though. I wish we had local cars with so little rust around here. Wonder where it will finish up?
