AC Compressor Washers and Spacers

I recently removed the R4 compressor on the 1981 300D. I had a spare, so I threaded the bolts with spacers and washers into it as I removed these items from the compressor on the car. But I did not take careful notes about exactly where on each bolt these spacers and washers went.

Does anyone have some guidelines, diagram, or whatever about what goes where. I suppose I'll figure it out eventually, but I'm hoping to avoid multiple false starts (my specialty).
