Bleeding cooling system

Hello all!

I will soon be replacing my radiator with a brand new unit along with both rad hoses. Is there anything special needed to bleed the air pockets out of the cooling system? I've noticed that there looks to be a bolt right on top on the thermostat housing that may be used to bleed??

Any help would be appreciated!
