Anyone in the SF Bay area willing to show me a valve adjustment on my 300CD?

hey folks,
I have done lots of work on her myself but this one i would like to see b4 trying. Anyone out there in the bay area who would show me?
I am supposed to do a long road trip this next week and she is really overdue...
