Bringing her back from the dead (W124 sportline HELP!)

I have a w124 300d 2.5 here. this car has 421k miles. The headgasket went last season. I plan on rebuilding her.

Besides the gasket, and a re-built turbo (with IC) and possibly a new pump, I'm looking at a LOT of suspension work.

What does it take to go with a full "sportline" setup. I plan on dropping the rear subframe, installing new shocks all around and larger swaybars (E500 or limo bars?)

Has anyone with a diesel done this before? I recall a thread on it, but a search yields no results. Anyone done this before?
