Got an Engine for my 67 200D
So I went to the Salvage yard today and pulled a 200D out of a 67, almost a carbon copy of my 200D but in blue. We tried to get it started it had a few dead glow plugs, It tried to start, it so wanted to. But when it would try and fire it was only on one, maybe two cylinders. And I didn't have enough battery power to sit there and crank and crank. The engine is clean, Oil pressure pumped up nicely, and it didn't make any weird noises. So I am going to adjust valves, change oil and do glow plugs and we will see. I would love to see my 67 200D on the Road. Soon I hope!!!!
Cheers
