Question Coil spring compressor!!

Morning all.
Does anyone have a picture or part # with reference to the proper coil spring compressor applicable to W116,W126 models on hand.
Its a hard commodity to find such a tool here in Vancouver Canada

not sure if this helps but i jsut did the rear coils on my 124 estate, there seemed to be no room in there for anything and i didn't want to buy an expensive set to discover it wouldn't fit, so i bought the cheapest ones i could find, just a bolt with the screw hook on the end, and cut them down to a size that fitted the space. somewhat agricultural but it worked.

You will need the Klann spring compressor for that. That is one high dollar piece of equipment.

with the w123 and w116 you need the klann the clones tollerences will not fit in the perch opening. Or some people enlarge the opening in the perch.

Or you get the clone and make the opening wider. BTW that only applies to W123 and maybe W116. The opening is bigger on W126.

for the 82 w123 you have to go in the top, and the opening has to be enlarged. at least on mine with the elpaso tool compressor.
