Tip: site with OM617 manuals/articles

I found this site, seems to have hundreds of articles for repairing/checking the OM617 engine. All articles written in English, with great pictures (seems to be from a shop manual or something), the rest of the site is in Polish but I think you'll manage to navigate your way around..

Thank You for sharing the site.

when I look at the one`s you have shown on timing, the pictures don`t show. red X.

when I click on the left side for the different model MB, it`s not in english. Looks like great info.

There is no specific "English part". The articles on that very page I posted are written in English, with working pictures. Try clicking on the first one for example, "Adjusting engine stop - Mode! 123.193". Works great here..!

The same thing happened to me. When I 'refreshed' the page the pictures came up.

Thanks, Tomas, this is a great site. The W124 tab has the two CDs of the FSM. (Note that for the CDs to load images, you must enable popups for the site.) I checked on the electrical section for W124, a large download -- 74MB.

Nice set of owner manuals for the W123. Lots of stuff to check out. I think the suffix (country code) '.pl' is for Poland and some of the language looks Polish.

It reminds me of a site that went away about a year ago, had the FSM -- someone will remember the name.

Jeremy

Bump

Old thread, but link still works and it's a great site for W116 owners (+others). This should be on the sticky.

If you have trouble reading Polish, you can translate the pages using http://translate.google.com/
You can select translate Polish>English.
