Same color as the W114 I'm thinking about getting. Looks pretty nice. I do wonder where the headrests went, and I can tell the grille has been pushed in.

Wrong shift knob, lots of wear on the clutch pedal. Nice looking car though.

could be a polished turd however the body does look in good shape... i would love to add to the collection but i want something i could drive every day and a 220D isn't it

The AC belt is gone and the headrests are missing. Still looks like it would be worth checking in person if they knock about $1500 off the $3999 asking price.

The 68 220D's did not have head rests on the front seats. Not sure when they were added, but it may have been '72 before that was an option. As far as the wheels go, they are W123 style but should fit without problems as long as the tire size is not pushed too far.

Those wheels were an option back then. MB started the bundt cake rim on late 60s MBs (108/109/111/113/114/115).

If it has the holes for the head rests I think it would have come with them.
