Exclamation Best Junkyard Find

Okay, guys, THIS has to be the all time best junkyard find. Well, in my limited junkyard days (I'm a newbie, for sure) this definitely ranks up there with them.

What's your best junkyard find??? The only rule is cars and car parts do NOT count.

I found an old tape of Turkish music inside the bottom seat spring of a seat I just got! I played it too!

I found a "murderer's knife" hidden behind the battery tray of a euro 500sel at the junk yard before. kinda scary....(I kept it too)

Not much else I can think of.....nothing "real exciting".....

LOL on the music. My very first Mercedes came with music in the CD player. I liked it.

Did the murderer's knife have blood on it?

I saw something yesterday in the trunk of a car that I almost took up to the checkout counter. My wife would have killed me for bringing home a honda small engine --- lawn mower or power washer.

If I found a small engine I'd have taken it and made something with it. And I also would have gotten in trouble.

In the tool kit of my 420SEL parts car I found a nice porn collection, Hustler and some other really dirty stuff. All brand new PO must have bought them than stuck them in their, sure their is a story behind that.

Needless to say I threw them away right away without glancing at them.

The PO also replaced all the interior lights on that car with blue ones...and it smelled like pot.

LOL!

The car I found the knife in had the entire interior slashed and destroyed/removed....so I am assuming it was a drug car that was torn apart searching for the stuff.....that car probably had an interesting history.

It even had a (in terrible shape) AMG body kit on it and stuff....euro bumpers....all kinds of interesting stuff.

Was the body kit cracked? AMG body kits are super rare don't let decent ones go...

I found the PO's current driver's license under the back seat of my SDL, along with a huge bundle of mail that included late notices and past due vet bills that I'm a assuming were her parent's. It must have been a very sordid tale from looking at those notices.

The trunk was full of children's clothing and broken small appliances.

Most of it was cracked or damaged in some significant way, if not by the previous owner, by the junk yard people dragging it around with their machine....they seem to damage everything! I have yet to find a nice grille or hood etc...
