Need an exhaust system..

I have a hole in the exhaust pipe, and another one in front of the muffler. I took the whole exhaust system off a while ago, thinking I could get someone to bend me a like piece. Drove 60 miles to nearest Midas, and they told me they had to have the car, they couldnt bend me one from looking at the old one! I don't want to have to drive the car up there to get it fixed. I have a lift in my shed, so putting a new one on is no problem. Is there an online parts place where I can order the three pieces?
thanks,
Jim

Find yourself an independent muffler shop that actually bends pipes. Midas are crooks.

why don`t you buy the parts from Fast Lane? that helps to support the Forum also.
I looked in buy parts for a 78 240D, and looks like the parts are available.

I agree especially since you have a lift. Thats half of the battle. Just orrder the pipes and muffler and get them delivered to your front door. Many online places deliver fro free if you spend $50 or more. The price of gas alone will put a hole in your pocket driving around to places.....

I checked fastlane first, and all I saw were hanger brackets, braces, etc., didnt see the complete exhaust, but I will look again.

I have the exhaust from end to end here in Sonora CA. It can be removed as a one piece unit if your find it at a salvage yard. I thought there would be more demand for it. That's why I have it, but it's just sitting there. (1980 240D)
