Air Cleaner Housing stem leaking?? Please Help

I am the new owner of a 1980 300sd and know nothing about it so please be patient. I have a lot of oil leaking out of the stem the comes out of the bottom of my air cleaner housing. It seems to be lacking some type of hose but I don't see one nor do I see where it would go. Please help....

Either you have the wrong air cleaner, are missing the oil return pipe or the air cleaner is not aligned correctly.
Photos always help.

I guess I am missing the return pipe. Where does it return to?

Upper oil pan. Unless it's plugged, you'll lose lots of oil from there.

I was reading a lot on here and everyone says that it is suppose to return to a hole near the return for the turbo but mine does not have the hole!! You are saying it goes in the upper oil pan? Is there a good manual that I have yet to find for this car?
