Angry Slipping Tranny

I have a 1984 300D Turbo, about 467000Km. The tranny is slipping back to high gear shortly after take off. One of my door locks does not work, the others work sort-of. Are these all related to vacuum problems? My A/C has been disconnected, too after the compressor siezed.

it shifts to high gear right away? that what you mean?

tranny and locks are vac controlled

if you have played under the hood i would check to make sure no lines came loose a bit

you have high miles, vac pump rebuild??

i rolled in a new chain, rails and tensioner just to be safe, a bad vac pump is the same as a bad chain
