Fuel hose leak where does it go

So i was driving down the interstate to visit my moma and started smelling diesel. Pulled over and the fabric hose on the cylinder closet to the firewall was disconnected or something. I used a nail and a hose clamp to stop the fuel from coming out and tried to find where the hose went but couldnt see anything. Can anyone help me? A pic would be awesome but anything would be appreciated.

thanks

Are you talking about the little short hose off the last injector that goes no where? well it doesn`t.

There should be a little metal plug in it. there should be a small hose attached from the last injector, looped to each consective Injector towards the front on the engine. these are the fuel return hose. Then the hose from the first Injector connects to the spin on fuel filter.

If the plug fell out of the short piece, maybe you might need to replace these hoses. are any of the return lines leaking?

The hose closest the firewall is a plug. It doesn't go anywhere. The others should jump from one injector to the next and then eventually to the top of the fuel filter.

It would be a good idea to change them if you plan on pursuing the WVO.

If it goes from one to the other you don't want to plug it. If it is the last one near the fire wall you can plug it.

I would use Viton or something similar if you plan to run biodiesel or grease. A member here sells Viton for a fair price. I think it is Jadavis.
