Post A new diesel technology?

I stumbled across this site by accident. I thought this would be a good place to find out if this technology has any merit.

Its nothing new. Just another variation of the existing reciprocating piston engine design.

Another variation, but it appears that there would not be a side load on the piston. If this is the case, it could be a real advantage.

A scotch yoke has the same benefit but with much fewer moving parts and bearing surfaces.
