Hey all, My buddy has got a 78 300 CD who has just gone through and accident knocking a small hole in the oil pan....oil drained, he kept driving unaware, and engine seized. Not looking to promising for that engine but am curious about throwing a 300 Turbo in there and giving him a little upgrade. One thing I was uncertain about is if the trannies are rated differently for the turbo / non turbo engines. Also if there would be any exhaust modifications that would need to be done to compensate for the extra heat. Anyone out there done this swap and have any suggestions?
