My odometer stopped working (but the speedo still works). I've searched this forum and found the link to odometergears.com. I'm assuming my cable/speedo connection still works since it's still accurate, but the gear to the odometer is probably broken.

Does anybody know which gears I need to get from odometergears.com for a W116 body?

It could be the gear is slipping so I don't think you need to order anything.

See link for odometer repair for a w123. The w116 should be similar.

hmmm...ok, now it's working again without me doing anything, so yes, something is slipping.
