Where is Reverse Light Switch?
 

I'm trying to diagnose my non-working reverse light. Where is the reverse light switch located on the transmission? I tried looking on the EPC net but I can't find it. Is it under Transmission or Electrical Equipment (or even better the part number).

It is in the EPC under transmission. Look for the section "Declutching-start/back-up switches, centrifugal governor." Note that the above is for my '85 300D-T but yours should be similar. I cannot tell where in the transmission it lives.

Thanks Jeremy - I found it. Part no. A000 545 42 06. Looks like it's located on the left side of the transmission housing.
