mine broke yesterday..Thanks to all! The small grey vacuum check valve?? Who has one?

You have to buy the entire hose/pipe that runs to the brake booster, unfortunately. I had the same problem, broke one of the little plastic vacuum outlets. I managed to glue it back on but bought a new assembly for safety's sake.

Mine was broken on my 380SE and electrical taped it back together. When my Indy saw it he said it was "VERY DANGEROUS" to drive with it that way. Alas I had to buy the whole part as well. But it wasn't expensive as I recall.

I think a lot of us have broken the nipples off. Mine happened while testing vacuum hoses under the hood - hit the connection with my elbow. I tried to put the new one on with the nipples pointing down instead of up but the line fittings are prebent and only go on one way. New hose was about $30 for my 123.
