Speedo needle jumps
This may be a dumb question, but there is a car I am looking at and the speedo needle is jumpy up to about 20 mph. Is there a way to fix this? And is this simply a cluster related problem?

Depends on what vehicle your talking about?
If it has a cable, it could a cable that needs to be lubed. If electronic, then maybe the gearing in the cluster.

It's an 87 300D
I didn't think it would be anything big, but I am still new to a lot of things |

That's cable driven.
Likely the cable is binding up. Jim
