good body condition. Black and chrome extiour.
fair intiour condition. cream/brown intiour.
300,000 turbo diesol engine! It runs and was my daily driver for 3 years. The car was handed down to me from my sister! New alternator was installed but not conected to battery. Im no machanic, dont know how.
Heater core is gone! (this is the craigslist add)

CL add, no pictures unfortunately. I have been DIEING for a 617 turbo, to tear down and rebuild (hopefully to break the 200HP mark with shoulderless DV's) Some head porting as well. Maybie stiffer springs for the valvetrain (if its possible to get them) to raise the useable RPM limit, ( would be very very interesting to hear a diesel at 6-7 thousand RPM seeing as the R/S ratio is very good)

The last 5 sentences are a bit of a red flag. IMO you're already being set up for not being able to hear it run.

Black on tan wagons sure are purty though.

Since he's not a mechanic, maybe it's one of those rare finds you could brag about later.

If the interior is trashy, ill just gut it and spray the interior flat black put some nice bride seats in there with a six point harness. If its good, ill just freshen it up abit. Its in washington i should have just linked the CL page lol, so if anything it will have maybie minor surface rust, not the cancer of ohio or minisota. that car i linked in the video, looks great with the crome trim removed from the outside thats what i would like to do go for the sleeper look.

yeah.. ideally the om606 or any of the inline 6 counterparts would the the best, because of the DOHC design and its crossflow head.. but dropping 5 grand just doesnt seem to be in my budget on the other hand, 5-800 dollars on a 617 is well within my budget. check that out, a vgt turbo.
