when it goes to hot air mode please confirm that the compressor pulley
is spinning and engaged.

300dt a/c

I know the pully is spinning but have yet to check if clutch is engaging. Went on a 200 mile trip today after shutting it down 3 times finally continued to work the last 100 miles. I'm thinking sensor by heater box or sensor on compressor. What do you think?

I'm thinking the belt might be prehistoric and it's slipping slightly.
