Sticking Turbo Boost Valve

Hello, I have a 1993 M-B 300D 2.5 Turbo. The vacuum controled boost control valve sticks at times. What is the best method of freeing up this valve?[

AeroKroil or PB Blaster

MAN,you don't want THAT thing to STICK!

Is something metallic causing a loss of clearance and thus the "Sticking"?

GSXR has a whole thread on replacing the vacuum operated waste-gate
diaphram with a pressure operated one.(Major benefit is ALL that emissions
crap can be removed [for testing , of course].)
