300D Euro Transmission Adjustments
I am trying to adjust my transmission on a 1984 300D Euro with a 722.4 transmission. I am attaching a picture and wondering if someone could explain what the relationship is between the two rods that attach to the kick down cable. In the Picture A linkage is the first one to move with the throttle, then when it moves all it can it moves linkage B and they move together when you push more on the accelerator. Thanks for any help.

In your picture it looks to be set correctly check the slack of the boden cable. Unhook it and make sure the slack lets it rest right above the ball it snaps on to. Then is should be fine linkage wise. To adjust "HOW" it shifts and not "WHEN" it shifts you will want to play with this part:
after you loosen the two nuts the arrows are pointing to you can move it left or right and test how it drives. I cant tell what way to adjust it sense i dont know how it drives. Hope it helps.

Does anyone have the measurements of these rods or know where to find them. It is a euro so it may be tricky.
Thanks
