I've developed a good leak on a couple of the delivery lines at injection pump on the '83 300DT.
After researching on here for a bit, it looks like I need to replace the copper crush washer and the o-rings at the pump. I keep reading about this 32 spline special socket I need....see link:

I can't tell that the 617 requires such a part to replace the seals. It looks like I can just use a 15mm socket and pull it apart. Am I blind, or is this 32 spline thing buried somewhere under one of the fuel lines. Am I correct in thinking this tool is for later model MB's?
