8 seats and no one rides in the trunk

It's like an affordable W100

A pedestrian could prob not tell the diff between that and a W100. I call the LWB W123s "The poor man's 600".

Sure you can. The W100 chrome fender trim is from the factory. The trim on this car is after market. Any pedestrian knows that

Odd - window behind rear door looks like it came from a coupe, and the A/C controls are 240D-type manual. Very interesting!

When the factory does chrome fender trim, it's a engineering masterpiece. When a MB owner does aftermarket chrome fender trim, it's an abomination. We're a picky bunch, as the same thing also applies to sport grilles (I think they look tacky on non factory applications, with exception to the new W204, a sport grille factory installed on a sedan? What were you thinking MB? )

It's not a US spec car. LWB wasn't offered in the US, not as a regular model anyway. Clues are 110 mph speedo, OEL instead of OIL, manual AC controls, and I think that's an SLS reseroir in the far right of the engine picture.

Meh doesn't do much for me. Interesting, but a 600 its not. If you can get it cheap it would be a good drinking car. Thats an interesting idea, find someone who will drive you around for a few bucks a night.

About 1/12 the cost of a Pullman, but it doesn't look like one.

Whatever pops out at you...I think that there'll be at least a few of us that take an interest in the finer points of this quasi-unique ride.
