HELP Cruise Control Quit
 

on my 96 as I was traveling to Lake Charles LA my cruise just shut off and would not reset. I stopped for breakfast and got back on the road again and it started working but that did not last long. Any quick and dirty items to check. The speedo still works too and it will not resume, speed up, or slow down. I hate driving with out CC and I still need to trvel back to BR on Wednesday so any ideas are appreciated!
