Is this normal on Defrost?
I had my A/C going and pushed the button for defrost and all I got was HOT air. is that supposed to happen or is there something wrong? when I push the recirc button I get cool air at the dash vents AND under the dash. when I use fresh air from outside I get air from the dash only.
87 300SDL(forgot to mention) BTW does someone delete posts if they don't like them? I posted this earlier today and it is gone now. seems to happen to some of my posts. ODD!? any help would be appreciated.

Which car?? Most auto temp controlled systems go to high fan and max hot air in defrost mode to quickly de fog the glass. Sounds normal

Normal, as a blast of hot, dry (air conditioned) air, de-fogs the inside, and defrosts the outside the quickest.

its totally normal, all of my W126 and W123 dose the same thing.
