Question Strange but necessary request.

I have a microfische film covering the parts on my 1979 MB Truck model LP809.

Can anyone direct me as to where I should go to get that data transfered onto a DVD so i can actually use it?

I would certainly appreciate it.

Don't know about transferring but libraries traditionally kept materials on microfilm so they used to have microfilm readers. Don't know if libraries have transferred everything and thrown away their microfilm readers but they might be able to tell you how to do the transfer. The microfilm readers I've used at libraries allowed me to print out the material on paper.

If interested be sure to ask the postage charge as I did not see it listed at the top.

I have a few readers...
I even have a large high speed film unit with optics and a built in laser printer... it's big.
the normal readers are small.
I have a set of fisch that I wanna try and use with a photo scanner... it's worth a try...

I would bet that if you are near a city of any significant size that you could find a shop around there that would convert it for you.

Most libraries have a microfiche reader too, the one at my college has a laser printer connected to it so you can run off the info on normal sheets of paper.

Hey, I've got an tipper-bodied LP709 from 1978. For parts the russian site is great when used alongside phoning the local MB Truck dealer. Some parts are starting to become harder to find, even from Germany...
