OM617A in a 107 ?

Any one done it, seen one, know of one or know where the posts are about this possible conversion ?

All and any info' would be great...even if it is " Don't be stupid !"

The hood is too short, the valve cover won't clear it.

Edit: LOL, power bulge may not be the best name if it is covering a 617.

I don't know why you keep on saying that, when there have been such conversions done and posted to this site. Some modification may be needed to do it, but it will clear.

Thats what I thought too....

The M110 they fitted to the R107 wasnt that much 'shorter' in height to the 617 so I'm pretty sure its possible with a bit of thought and planning!
