Cutting the fleet from 7 to 4 (3 for sale)
 

The great experiment, begun in 2001, has been a success. I've launched three kids through adolescence and into adulthood, cutting their teeth on MB diesels. In all, sixteen MB diesels were purchased. Daily drivers, parts cars and mere horse swapping.

I'm cutting the current fleet from seven to four with these three posted in the 'cars for sale' section.

One of them is a conversion. 300DT 4 speed !!!!!

It's nice to have your kids in cars where you feel like they are safe. Makes a big difference.
My oldest daughter had a little Ford Focus for a couple of years and it really worried me. I feel a little better with her in a Jeep Liberty, but not much. My son has a Mazda 3 hatchback, and they get decent ratings for cars that size, but felt better when he had his full size Dodge PU.
When learning to drive an MB would be a super car for them to start with.
