Doesn't look like it's a direct fit for any 602 or 603 but it might work on a 617. Question is, is it really new?

Look at pictures 2 and 3, they are not the same.

I can't tell from the pictures if its new or not. I'd have to get a good look at the compressor wheel for any signs of dirt/wear.

Refurb is a used item that has any problems fixed.
New is new, never installed and never run.
