what's different about this 84 TD?

Its painted. AFAIK, all W123's came with a black wheel.

It looks like a euro but cannot tell for sure.

Its possible that a tan wheel was offered in europe, but I doubt it. The leather seat looks tired.

Must be painted because as far as I know all 123's had black steering wheels. Even Euros.

There were a few rare steering wheels that came in that color. But if it's painted, then it's something else.
