The 603 versions seem the same between the 126 and 124.

From what I have seen, no.
The oil cooler lines on my W123 were routed diffrently than on my W126 (side by side next to the block vs top and bottom). I ordered some worldpac lines for my W126, but could not get them to fit in the SD arrangement. I got a bracket from a W123 in the junk yard and fit them using the side by side arrangement, but I then had to trim part of my engine shock to get them to fit.

Here are the two types of brackets. The flat one was stock on my W126 300SD, and bent one was off of a '85 300D at the junk yard. My 240D with a W116 300SD engine has the same bent type bracket. The flat bracket allows the oil cooler lines to run one above the other next to the block. Due to the bends in the hard part of the lines that come off of the oil filter housing you can not force the "side by side" lines to run "top and bottom" and fit the stock bracket on the W126 (believe me I tried...for hours). As I stated earlier the bent bracket and matching oil lines will fit on a W126 300SD, but they will interfere with the engine shock.
I'm not sure if the cooler its self is the same or not

I did my lines and cooler with the engine out of the car.
Good thing I changed them... |

the lines are similar, but do not fit. However, I made my 123 lines fit. I am also using a 123 oil cooler (and radiator) in my 126
