You need a 13mm socket and end wrench to loosen the p/s pump adjustment bolts.
There is one behind the fuel filter and one in the slotted area to the right or closer to the fender and a tensioner bolt facing up. The alternator needs a 17mm to loosen the pivot and a 13mm to back off the tensioner. BTW...the belts should be a MATCHED PAIR set....although I don't always get them. You'll need a 19mm wrench for the a/c...the bolt heads are straight down from the fuel filter at the rear of the a/c bracket....although you get to them easier from underneath. FYI....in the 'field' you cut the old belts off and fit the new ones one at a time by holding the belt into the sheave and have someone crank the engine.......watch your fingers though. .

A Factory Service Manual explains this, and many other things, on cd-rom for $20.
