w123 300td rear windshield washer nozzle

I'm troubleshooting a nonfunctioning rear window nozzle. The pump works, so my next step is to undo the hose attached at the nozzle end, and see if I can get water to flow. That'll basically tell me that the line is clear, not kinked, and that the nozzle is likely clogged or just plain broken.

Any wagon owners do this yet? Anything I should be aware of prior to getting to work? I'm told that there is a small screw holding the nozzle in place. My plan is to unscrew the nozzle, and hopefully pull it out enough so that I can remove the line from outside of the rear door frame (assuming enough line slack is there...) Make sense? Possible? Beuller?

Poke the nozzle tips with a needle or push pin. Sometimes they get clogged with soap/dirt and just need to be cleared.

did that a while back, no good. I was thinking about running a product like CLR through the system...but am hesitant.

Did you have any luck getting the nozzle to clear? I was just taking all the bit off of my extra (dented) rear hatch to get rid of it. You need a nozzle?

I'm still working on this fix. I need to know how to remove the nozzle. And if its possible to do so without damaging it or tearing the hatch trim apart, etc. These nozzles don't appear to be readily available...

I took the line off at the pump and blasted it with compressed air after I cleaned the squirter with a welding tip cleaner. Works great now
