300SDL OM603 Thottle Linkage Adjustment
Is there a Linkage Adjustment on the OM603 for the 300SDL?
I'm thinking I need to do this on my 87, as theres a Little more movement than whats 'normal' when I step on the throttle. Thanks in advance!

Take a look at the torx head bolts that hold the framework of the linkage to the engine. I assume through engine vibration these guys work loose over time and will give you a sloppy action. I have had one completely fall out once on the SDL.

Make sure the main throttle rod is seated in the bushing in the firewall. Make sure the bushing is secure in the firewall.
The SDL FSM, which I can't find, has a section dedicated to throttle linkage adjustment. Sixto 87 300D |
