Unidentified Light is on in the dash

This light has come on in the dash it looks like a sun with heat waves radiating. It's circle with waves.

It's located on the left side of the steering wheel.

What is it?

You don't say which car of yours it is. If it is yellow, check your front brake pads. They might be worn enough to ground out one of the pad sensors.

You'll also need a new sensor wire.

If its on constantly the pads are done, if it blinks when you hit the brakes you have some time.
