350 SDL Rear Door Panel

Need to remove the LR panel to repair the window lift.
Is there both straight clips and vertical clips that hold the panel to the door?
I don't want to force and break anything.
I've tried lifting the panel vertically but it is holding fast.
Is there anything behind the ash tray housing that needs removing?
I have removed all of the screws for the arm rest and door pull
Any help/suggestions would be appreciated.

Thanks!

Did you remove the chrome latch trim at the edge of the door?

Did you remove the plastic piece that follows the window line at the aft end of the window? It won't allow the panel to lift upwards.

Yes, the first thing.

360 sdl door panel

Found it!
Small external screw under the ash tray housing.
Panel, with some effort, pulls straint up to disengage.
