Exclamation Fuel Pressure relive valve is leaking!!!

So today i remove my Fuel Pressure relieve valve and Clean it i was surprised the amount of Cr@p that came out of it anyways, i tried to crack the bolt at the top of the valve so i can measure my spring but no success so i put it back and after driving for a while it started to leak even with the washer on, must it be torqued i don't see it in the book, or the washers are not set properly???

Metal seals should be replaced after each use. Sometimes you can get away with reusing them, sometimes not.

Copper Crush Washer (not the ones that seal the Delivery valves) can be heated red hot and cooled to soften them and can be reused if they are not too distorted.
With the Aluminum Crush Washers you can try to reuse them but if they leak they need to be replaced. Heating them will melt them.
