Probably a cracked cylinder head.

Yeah, I didnt want to have to say it. Maybe he should check his fuses first?

I think the seat belt buzzer is faulty.

thats why I suggested the fuses. But, you're prob right. If the buzzer solenoid is getting flow, the fuses aren't going to make much difference.

standard diagnostic workflows would indicate that a check of the washer fluid is first up.

right, but Forced knows that the buzzer solenoid is powered by energy stored in the washer reservoir. There would be no leak if there was no supply from the washer fluid; he can skip that step.

What about the check engine light, is it on solid or flashing?

When a W124 enters a transwarp conduit, it is subject to extreme gravimetric shear. To compensate, the OM60Xs project a structural integrity field ahead of the vehicle. If this field becomes compromised, then the buzzer solenoid will only appear to be non-functional, when it in fact it is the rear view mirror that likely is the cause.

..uhh I don't know, at this point we're just guessing. We need more imput from the OP. The rear window theory is VERY compelling, however, as stated, it would have triggered the CEL. We must await more info, anything else is merely speculation.
