Finny MB wagon

This morning while tooling to work in the 81 240, I watched a Dodge P/U towing a trailer approach; as we passed I glanced left and saw on the trailer a beautiful black S/W that seemed somehow familiar.
It was only when I was able to see the rear of the car, since the front was obscured when I passed, that I noticed the 3 pointed star on the tail!
This car was older since it was a finny wagon. I was not able to see any model designation.
Anybody have an idea the year[s] and model it might have been?
Sorry no pics no time

Here's a link to a 1965 fintail 190D wagon

Here's a link to a 1967 fintail wagon

Maybe it was going to Chad300tdt's house (link to a thread he started)

It would have been a Universal fintail station wagon. They are very rare and also my dream car.

I can't be sure which it might be but it was really clean and shiny! Someone took care of it.

It was made by a coach company. All the wagons pre 123 were custom built by coach companies. There are wagons running around in all alot of the pre 123 vehicles, but they are pretty rare.
Here is a brochure about the 114/115 Crayford Estates. There is also I pic of a 116 wagon.
