Its Nasa experimenting with moon rovers again,top secret mission for when we populate the moon with the next Moon landing.It makes perfect sense to send whats best for planet Earth is good enough for planet XYZ.This pic got out somehow via the internet,now the secrets over.On Frontline next month.They called it the Major Tom mission ,or MTM for short.If you look real close at the photo you can see the valet in the shot.

What do you mean by "public" forum? Your tax dollars hard at work? I don't know too many automotive/diy internet forums run by the gov't. All internet forums are owned by somebody. And that somebody has the right to run the forums however they see fit. Why some people think they have the "right" to post certain things is just baffling.
